I have been fortunate enough to be able to practice yoga for 1/4 of a century and to teach yoga for the last 10 years. Every time I step on my mat or teach a class I acknowledge gratitude. I know that Yoga in Action clients are so very grateful to be able to access yoga in a way that is best for them, as YIA classes meet them right where they are and helps lead each individual to Thrive in their current circumstances, no matter what that looks like. Through yoga, YIA classes help turn dis-ease into ease by providing tools, community and accessibility with no fees, in person or virtually
