Yoga has been part of my life for 19 years and I couldn’t be more grateful. It has taken me from leading practice at a local gym to an exceptional studio that leads trainings in the gift of Yoga Therapy to becoming the owner of Symmetry Yoga Studio in Newmarket, NH.
