I am fundraising and participating in the 2025 Yoga Mala for Yoga in Action in memory of my dad and in honor of his birthday. My dad devoted his life to health and wellness and inspired me to do the same for myself and those I serve. As an OT and Yoga for Diverse Abilities teacher, I am passionate about offering yoga that is accessible to all bodies, ages, and levels of experience. Yoga in Action brings wellness opportunities to underserved populations and offers self-care practices for folks with a wide variety of abilities and support needs.
