I will be offering a donation-based class at Bending Bodhi Yoga on Wednesday February 14th from 7:15-8:30pm. Join me for a candlelit gentle flow & restorative practice. Class will conclude with a supported savasana accompanied by the vibrations of harmonium and chanting. All proceeds will go towards Yoga in Action’s Yoga Mala.
