Drawn from Within: Meditation Meets Art

Drawn From Within is a guided creative experience that combines mindfulness, intuitive art, and personal inquiry to support inner clarity and self-connection. Using chalk pastels on kraft paper, participants will engage in a new form of active meditation, where spontaneous insights becomes a tool for listening to the inner voice. All materials are provided. No prior experience needed – please come as you are.

Through a grounding visualization, gentle prompts, and the creation of a personal color decoder key, you'll explore a question or intention and express what arises through color, shape, and texture.Participants are invited to share their reflections in a warm, judgment-free space that fosters community, connection, and mutual insight. This process supports nervous-system regulation, emotional expression, creative flow and deeper connection to essence self and community.
