Mental wellness is a central tenet to Yoga In Action’s ongoing mission to deliver the benefits of yoga to communities in need. It is critical for our communities to develop a deeper understanding of the pathologies, impacts, and interventions to addressing the mental health crisis. Yoga In Action’s ‘Light on Mental Health & Wellness’ Series seeks to address this educational need through high quality annual events which tackle areas of Mental Health & Wellness with a theme of tying back to the benefits of yoga throughout.
