Join us for an inspiring afternoon to build community and explore post traumatic growth in the face of ACEs

On Sunday, October 2nd, 2022, from 1pm-4pm, Yoga in Action will feature the film, Resilience: The Biology of Stress & the Science of Hope, at 3S Artspace, 319 Vaughan Street, Portsmouth, NH. This is a hybrid event with options to participate in-person or via the livestream. The event is a screening of Resilience, followed by a panel of experts from New Hampshire. The film relates to Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), research and therapies being used to fight back against the effects of this type of childhood trauma. After delving deeper into the impact of ACEs on children and families and community healing, the panel will address questions from the audience.

*Yoga in Action will provide a letter of attendance to participants in who may be eligible for continuing education credits in their respective fields. The event will qualify for 1.5 hours of Yoga Alliance CE credits for yoga teachers. Information will be provided on October 3rd.
